• Provide guidance to the One-Stop System Partnership to ensure that it responds appropriately to the workforce needs of the local business customers
• Serve as a link between NCI Works and the local business community
• Provide a business sector perspective to all NCI Works activities
• Maximize the business sector expertise on NCI Works
• Provide technical expertise to ensure that the One-Stop Partnership business services address the workplace needs of employers
• Promote initiatives that will enable NCI Works to identify workforce issues affecting the local business community
• Serve as the link between NCI Works and local economic development agencies (or activities)
