One Stop Partner Committee
Provides guidance and oversight for one-stop system and partners in addition to addressing hiring needs of Individuals with Disabilities, Veterans, Ex-Offenders and other populations facing special challenges to obtaining employment.
- Oversee the one-stop system in coordination with the One Stop Operator and the Program Services Team.
- Oversees the Plan goals specifically for one-stop delivery system
- Establish one-stop system expectations and reporting of the one-stop partners
- Set eligibility, service and budget priorities.
- Identify issues that present barriers to employment for each targeted population.
- Coordinate and collaborate with appropriate other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to address the challenges identified.
- Oversees service integration initiatives required in the local plan.
- Conduct evaluation using the IWIB Evaluation toolkit.
- Review customer satisfaction tools and analyze feedback with partner staff.
- Develop and implement best practices to be implemented by the one-stop system.
