• Develop/recommend youth training policies and practices
• Establish linkages with other organizations serving youth
• Prepare Youth Plan
• Identify eligible youth service providers
• Chairperson of the Youth Council shall be a NCI Works member
• Identify issues that present barriers to youth obtaining employment
• Coordinate with appropriate youth stakeholders to develop and implement successful career pathways strategy
